Refund policy

Customers may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage when they change their mind.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
